Market Trends & Outlook
Real estate markets across Utah and Idaho continue to show resilience despite broader economic variability. Inventory levels remain tight, demand for lifestyle-driven moves is stable, and both residential and commercial segments in Cache Valley and surrounding markets show steady year-over-year activity. These conditions continue to position our brokerage, development projects, and service-based businesses for strong performance.
Additionally, healthcare and wellness sectors—especially niche areas like pelvic health—are experiencing accelerated growth and increased consumer awareness, supporting expansion in Luna Physio’s core offerings.
RE/MAX Peaks Brokerage Expansion
Our brokerage continues to gain traction, visibility, and agent strength. We are excited to share that we are actively expanding into two new locations: Bear Lake, Utah, and Preston, Idaho.
These new markets strengthen our regional footprint, create additional referral networks, and position us for long-term scale as we build a multi-market presence. Build-out planning, staffing strategy, and brand expansion efforts are currently underway and progressing on schedule.
Luna Physio Growth & New Clinic Locations
Luna Physio continues to outperform expectations, with increasing patient volume, strong referral relationships, and a growing reputation in women’s health and pelvic-floor therapy.
In response to demand, we are moving forward with new clinic expansion plans, bringing Luna Physio’s model into additional communities. These new locations will follow our updated operational systems, patient experience frameworks, and scalable clinical training processes, positioning the brand for long-term franchising and broad multi-state growth.
