Crest Capital Partners Update - January 2026

As we head into 2026, Crest Capital Partners is excited about the many projects and opportunities on the horizon. We are continuing our strong partnership with Acadia Homes as we look to expand further into the valley with additional spec homes. We are currently exploring new lot locations and are actively working to secure parcels under contract to fuel the next phase of development.

Our ongoing projects are progressing smoothly, with efforts focused on moving current developments forward. We are in continued communication with local and county councils, as well as planning commissions, to ensure all necessary approvals are in place for our upcoming projects. The team is diligently working to maintain the momentum as we bring these ventures to life.

We are also thrilled to share exciting news regarding Luna Physio. The clinic is entering a new chapter as we expand and explore franchising options. As part of this growth, Luna Physio will be rebranding to Aylara Pelvic Health and Wellness. Our team is currently working on new logos, branding elements, and other visual assets to reflect this fresh identity. Additionally, we are collaborating with legal experts to ensure proper documentation and trademarking. With the expansion and our responsibility for overseeing the real estate of each new location, we look forward to the immense potential this rebrand and franchise opportunity will bring.
